The location is very convenient — close to key areas and easy to access. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and great air conditioning. The staff were outstanding: warm, polite, and quick to assist with any request, making us feel truly welcome. Overall, excellent value for money.
⛔️⛔️⛔️This hotel does not have a clear system for lost items. The staff is not trained well enough to prevent people from taking things that guests leave behind. I am very disappointed with their policy 👎 Next time improve your lost-and-found procedures. Staff should always verify the identity of anyone claiming an item and notify the owner before handing over their property. Gets?
Great Accommodation! The rooms are well-maintained and ideal for group travelers, offered at an affordable rate with complimentary breakfast. The staff are courteous and always ready to assist.
