Just checked out today and I can say that the owner is so helpful and welcoming. The place is clean and quiet too. A very well priced accommodation in Pagsanjan area. It's like you are in your own home. Kitchen utensils, induction stove, smart tv with internet is available. Located only a few minutes outside of town. Surrounded by rural properties.The owner Vinz was friendly and helpful. The apartment was small with a separate bedroom and bathroom. the living room had a large bed as well and a kitchen sink. A coffee machine, small fridge, aircon, pedestal fan and a TV. Everything worked fine. The shower has cold water only but I enjoyed my stay.
