This Hotel is the worst I've ever been. The rooms are dirty and full of stains and the whole room did smell of urine. The water supply in the bathroom didn't work properly. The employees wasn't able to communicate in english and they've made fun of us because im foreigner with a filipina Girlfriend. Don't make mistake like me and book this place. Got eaten by bugs. Additional pillow cost me. 300 peso. Not even toilet paper in a bathroom. Refrigerator isn't connected to power. No Netflix and wifi. Place much dirtier than on photos.
Small rooms, but very helpful and accommodating staff. The neighborhood is a bit noisy though because of the jeepney and tricycles, especially if the drivers play loud music. The tenants at the office near the driveway entrance are also incredibly rude and inconsiderate, parking their cars near the entrance and preventing other people from coming or leaving!
Located right in the middle of downtown Toril, Montclair Suites is within walking distance to dozens of restaurants, malls and public transportation. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Location is at the heart of the city which is good but a bit noisy. Accomodation is just right for the price. Services are above average. You can order food online and be delivered right on your door steps.
The room had a smell of mold and I woke up each night having trouble to breath. We could also hear guests in other rooms coughing at night.

A great nice place for a staycation if you rather want something outside of the main downtown area. If you're a tourist and want to explore the downtown, this is not an easily accessible place due to the location it is in. But for the price it's worth it.
