Bad customer service. Does not respond to inquiries whether it by calls or fb messenger.

The management is not customer oriented. We requested for a discount that is favorable to us because the shower heater is not functional and the wifi in our room as well. The toilet is also clogged. The place was better than we expected. It's pretty close to the city center and behind it are rows of food stalls. If you planned on going to Lake Sebu, but can't find a place to stay, then this is the best one. Things to note: - avoid staying out late, there's barely any street lights once you're on the street along Emily's Pension House. - signal is pretty poor, but there's a Piso Wi-Fi that's pretty convenient.

Place has a lot of mosquitoes around the compound. Bathroom is small. No WiFi in rooms. Has a small cafe and WiFi service. Fairly secured. Food is moderately priced. Room rates are a bit expensive and starts at P1,000 a night for a small room. TV is available, no phones and mini bar or fridge.

One of Surallah's bigger pension houses. Nice clean rooms with comfy beds. They have regular events like bikini opens and gay pageants. Fun.

Non functioning hot shower. No wifi in rooms and bit of pricey. But employers are hospitable
