Airy rooms in an informal hotel offering a cafe & a karaoke lounge, plus free Wi-Fi.
Poor lighting, no free coffee or tea in the standard room. Just one bottled water. The toilet bowl smells awful even when not in use so you have to always close the door. Did not report this to the reception coz I'm tired and staying only for a night. Not a soundproof room. No elevator. Overall, not recommended.
The room is clean, food is ok, as well as wifi, the staffs are all nice and accommodating but the only negative thing that I can say is about the guard who never assisted us especially in opening the door even though he saw us carrying heavy luggages. He didn’t even assisted us when we are parking the car or leaving. He will just look at us and continue looking at his phone after.
This is a solid hotel for those looking for a budget and clean place to stay at with nice breakfast. The security guard is very helpful and Kim from the Front Desk is very beautiful. The only con I have is that during out last day, the drain in the bathroom was clogged which resulted to some flooding in the bathroom, but front desk sorted it out so I can’t fault them enough for it. Their staff are courteous and interact with kids. They provide free WiFi both in the rooms and in the lobby. They have a few parking slots in front. They also have a parking lot beside their area, but parking there can be difficult to maneuver in due to the shape of the lot, and the gate is frequently closed halfway to prevent non-clients from parking.
