ELKANVILLE BOUTIQUE HOTEL

The location was perfect for me as I was visiting the Deaf Action Bicol school (a very short walk away). The service was excellent (especially Rose at the front desk). My room was clean and tastefully decorated with plenty of water supplied daily. The pool was heavenly on a hot day. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend Elkanville to others.

The place itself is so nice. Instagrammable outside look. They have a very helpful and accommodating staff. The coffee shop and the restaurant had amazing coffee and food. The worst thing is the room. It is definitely not worth the money. It has a funny smell, loud bathroom door and awful cabinet smell. I'm so in love with this place. The food is off the charts amazing. Perfect place for a nice get away. The rooms are clean and the hotel is modern, yet rustic and simple design. This is the place to stay if you are a foreigner.

When we arrive it they were welcoming, room is very nice. But at night, their employees were partying, singing karaoke being too loud until I got upset and asked them to stop at 12am. So disappointed! It was an expensive accommodation and they just disrespected their guest by being too loud. They know we have a kid with us!! Unprofessional, disrespectful, not worth our money at all!!! They don’t value customers.

Good menu. Good Ambiance. Peaceful place with nice interior. Great customer service. Food is a little bit pricey (compared last year 2020). Pizza and desserts are yummy 😋🤤🥰 The place is not easy to find. With parking space. 😊

Service is excellent. Rooms especially the bathrooms need improvement. We stayed in two different rooms and both bathroom floors flooded during showers. Restaurant service is excellent but food menu availability needs a full review.

Only had the chance to stay at their coffee shop. It was very quiet, wala masyadong tao the day we came. Food and drinks were good. Their coffee has a hint of cinnamon, though kinda pricey, I'd love if mas malakas internet nila.
