Straightforward rooms with cable TV in a modest hotel with a 24-hour coffee shop & a bar.
Although I only stayed one night, the experience was terrible. The room had mosquitoes, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Furthermore, the power system was unstable, with two consecutive power outages. Overall, the accommodation was extremely unpleasant.
We choose El Cielito because of the EK package, but it's not the EK who completed our vacation, it's the El Cielito's team who made a big difference. They are all so polite and professional, from the door to reception and the F&B team. We will be back again and Thank you very much for your hospitalty. PS: food is great.
Came to laguna for a few days to stay. Picked this place to stay and and I'm glad I did. Good area in laguna. Good Hotel with an amazing staff. Next time I'm in lagune I'll be sure to come by again .
Bad experience about their policy. This is a 3 star hotel and what I know that it is very common to charge the bill upon checking out. I ordered a 200 pesos worth of beverages and i ran out of cash so i told the staff if they could charge it with the room since I extended for one day again. They won’t allow it and it feels like we would run away from them. Very bad services
old school hotel but the service is superb, the staffs are nice and courteous 👍👍👍
