Good location with easy access to nearby spots. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, making it a good place to rest. However, the service and amenities were disappointing. Almost everything comes with an extra charge—even basic items like slippers in the room and a simple cup of water are being sold. It feels like the hotel prioritizes making money over providing genuine hospitality.
Highly over rated place. Think they are 5 star but barely 2 star. TV didn't work. Hot water didn't work. Door card took 4 goes with their scanner. 4 trips to the room. Kcc mall is across the road, but a can of drink from their fridge is double retail. The only plus is its quiet.
