Eddie's Place

Room was ok, with hot/cold shower, cable tv, and with wifi but somewhat slower. No dine-in facility, but highly accessible to city proper where there's many dining places

It’s fair to good, I wouldn’t say excellent. Bed was good, bathroom was fair, hot water, good toilet, good shower. A/C wasn’t cold though, it was fairly new as the place is fairly new, must’ve needed cleaning. Breakfast was poor to very poor, cold although free. There’s WiFi but so weak and 3G/LTE was weak too. Oh, the windows are so thin that road noise wakes you up. People running the place were excellent, friendly

Surprisingly the rooms are very spacious enjoyed the deluxe room however for the family room it was different. Since tolilet is common there was no shower area for the women. My other companions have to go fown our room to have a shower.

Great place! I stayed at Eddie's Place for almost 4 weeks. The rooms are clean and the stuff is super friendly & helpful! The city center is just 5 mins away, Visayas State University appx. 15-20 mins and both destinations are easy accessible with public transport. They also have a laundry-service and cold drinks - I can highly recommend this place!

Budget Friendly Stay. Clean like sobra. Friendly and accommodating staff. Forgot to take pictures of their rooms, which btw reasonable price.❤️
