Pros: clean room. Friendly and helpfull staff. Location is adequate to the sites normally visited in Baguio Cons: The TV is useless. No show or local channels at all. Netflix didn't open. Reserved room was different from what was provided. Clunking and furniture being dragged noise always heard from above the room or neardby rooms. Even at night.

Book & stay 2 nights here for family vacation. Room is spacious and clean. Staffs is friendly and helpful. We have park car under basement which is limited due to car wash service. Great view! There's a common room with microwave, toaster oven, water heater, water refill station, refrigerator and tables with chair. No Aircon but u don't really need coz Baguio breeze feels like Aircon you can't turn off lol. Sarap ng tulog. Ganda ng sheets. Feels and looks clean. You can ask for change ng towels. You can ask for tissue rolls when u run out. Overall great experience!

I Love the room and the service, however in year 2023 we went there and found out that it was on the 4th floor of the building and by that time the elevator is not working without any prior advice. They also provide water and common area for kitchen The bidet is hightech like in japan
