We occupied the room in 2nd floor, first I notice the airconditioning unit can't even cool the room , the confort room has no wash basin, can't be locked, no soap, no toilet paper and the confort room has nothing to hang your clothes. If you will not request for soap or lacking items, they will not provide. Bad evening for our rest because in the street there are people drinking on street and making noise from 01:00…
The staffs are not accommodating, not approachable and are unfriendly. The aircon is not working properly and is broken. The place is old and dirty. Would be better to stay in a hotel instead.
this pensione is quiet creepy, all their things are antiques. We booked the spacious ordinary room with fan worth 350 per night , since we will leave early in the morning. Pros: spacious water balcony Cons: things are old only 1 outlet with 3 sockets, for tv and fan they have wifi but no internet, internet will occur early in the morning only 1 towel over all is good, only their things are old. SErvice is good.
