I am a regular guest at this hotel and often stay here for work, but the front desk service speed is consistently disappointing. Check-in and check-out usually take up to 10 minutes, which feels too slow for a business hotel. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and equipped with modern, high-tech facilities that made my stay very convenient.
