Charming old wooden-floored room with a nostalgic feel. We were assigned the middle room with the center balcony, which turned out to be a lovely spot for people-watching and enjoying the atmosphere. For the sake of an honest review, guests who are highly sensitive to noise or certain room odors (such as a slight carpet or damp smell) may want to consider this before booking. However, if you’re a tired traveler simp…

The place was in a great location. Across from the port . Right on the boulevard. But what made the place a 5 star is the staff! Especially Karen ( not sure if i spelled it right) but she was Amazing! She helped me out in so many ways. Even left my luggage as I went to another place . She was super nice and humble. Gave me some advice on things around the area. She and the staff made me feel right at home. Would boo…

We got one queen size bed with ocean view and small terrace i like the room but the internet doesn’t work most of the time. There’s no hot shower and no extra key

The girl at the front counter said there would be an additional charge for it. Charge you for a receipt?? That’s ridicul…

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ While looking for a place in Dumaguete, I really wanted somewhere with an ocean view and within walking distance to restaurants and conveniences. This was the only place that checked both boxes. Yes, there are hotels along Rizal Boulevard, but most don’t have balconies and windows that face the ocean. And yes, there are nice beach resorts in Dauin, but I wanted to stay right on Rizal Boulevard itself. After…

I find this hotel with an old world charm, knowing that this is one of the old hotels in the boulevard more than 80 years ago. The view is superb especially when you get the rooms with balcony. I hate mice, but when one happened to visit our room, I forgot my disgust on the mice as I like this hotel. I guess old wooden structures are prone to such, but overall, the hotel is highly recommended. The staff are friendly…
