Very friendly stuff. Safe surroundings

It's close to the SM mall and transit hub for Lipa city.. Rooms a little old but very clean and no mould .. Maybe as the hot water doesn't work I did complain and they fixed it but still cold shower

Clean, great location. Located in a quiet subdivision. Very near the public market and SM. The only problem is I can’t figure out how the heater works

Wife found this place, we were very pleased and surprised at the value and service we received. Parking was in secure garage, at nite it was like you not in city, no jeepney, no tricycles! Quiet and peaceful, hotel was in subdivision just 1 block off main road going to SM City mall, also Robinsons. S&R and too many big name restaurants to count. Helpful staff and service, good value for ur money. Dinner recommendation: Gastro Publiko with live music. We were hiking to Mt Manabu which is pretty close to Lipa City.

Location is very strategic and easy to locate. The rooms are good and the staff are all very friendly and polite. The owners are great hosts.
