The aircon did not function well. There is no hot shower, and the pressure is poor. The front desk and the restaurant crew don't know how to properly approach their client. The housekeeping opened and cleaned our room without our consent and tried to charge us 500 pesos for a stained pillowcase. Hotel room was very dusty had to change rooms multiple times due to cleanliness. Showers need to be renovated, rusty and old shower head. Bathtub was dirty. For the price I paid I expected more in terms of cleanliness and up keep of the rooms. But staff were accommodating only the hotel rooms are not well prep for guest. Overall would not recommend.

Clean, cozy and well maintained rooms. Free breakfast for walk-in guests, and a swimming pool. I really like the aesthetic of this hotel.

Your lobby toilet is the grossest I’ve ever seen in any hotel here in Koronadal. I hope you live by the prestige and premium room prices you offer as a hotel. I hope next visit, its clean and comfortable.

It's a nice hotel with friendly staff. There was an on-going renovation though they also informed the guests.
