Location too crowded, no parking space, having problem with the booking thru Agoda, Also the owner is not that accommodating and rude doesn't help us with the refund.

It was a bad experience through Agoda. Don't book this place through Agoda because they have a lot of issues with it, and they didn't refund us. We already booked it 3 days ago for our trip and we were still tired.

Typical pinoy size, we fit 6 adults in one room. Made for cramped quarters. They have to send out for beer. Forget hard liquor unless you bring your own. Beds are clean and the room was clean. Don't expect any luxuries. Can't beat the price. 2190 pesos a night.

Staff was friendly and accomodating, they have a laundromat, wifi on the 2nd floor, decent enough breakfast, clean facilities. Prices are reasonable
