Pros: Very convenient location right in town proper. Very accessible to most services. Few steps away from restaurants, shopping malls, groceries, public market. Cons: rooms are not well maintained. Jan 2025 .. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean except for the sofa and ottoman which are really filthy That I couldn’t get myself to sit on it. The shower area is open so water splashes outside the bath area. Big rooms, cozy bed, but there's no sliding door in the showers, no bathroom mat. So showering is no fun. The couch and ottoman in our room needs updating. Lobby is very nice and spacious. When friends and relatives wants to visit, you can entertain them in the lobby. Lots of sofa arrangements. It's also a good air conditioning.

The room I stayed inn was not well maintained. The bathroom is not clean at all. And the worst part is while I was taking a shower the water suddenly stopped flowing while I still have soap all over. So I had to call the front desk for them to sort it out. The only nice thing about the room is its spacious. I almost forgot, the sink in the Lavatory is half clogged.

Almost perfect, though we visit there after a typhoon struck Polangui, so there was no cable service and we were not able to use the TV and there was no WIFI service as well (which is understandable). But we had an awesome stay - the bed was really awesome and unforgettable . We will surely come back just to sleep over that bed again. Very nice atmosphere as well. The rooms are really big, but a bit bare -- a desk, TV table, and a king-sized bed. Their entertainment system (TV & cable) is clear and adequate, pretty nice. It still lacks a coffee shop so your free breakfast will be served in your room. Staff is nice, but they do seem understaffed. Newly established hotel right beside Xentro Mall Polangui. Very accessible. Have 3 or 4 car capacity parking in front. Do not know though if you can use the mall parking. Staff are nice. They made the room clean the next day. All fresh beddings, towels and toiletries.
