The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of the building, and the location is very accessible since the highway is just outside. The front desk staff are very accommodating — they even granted my request for a broom so I could sweep the floor after accidentally bringing in my slippers. Due to the scheduled blackout in our location, decided to stay here so I could work. Hotel is pretty small. I booked a family suite and requested to be faraway from the elevator bec I want minimal noise. Guess it was only the family room available. Walls are thin, you could hear people outside. While the staff were polite and the hotel's location was convenient, our recent stay was unfortunately marred by several significant issues. Firstly, the noise levels were unacceptable. A wedding party was being held on the premises, and their guests were extremely loud late into the night. This place has certainly changed. We were here about 18 months ago and stayed because of the price and proximity to our family in Cebu. This time the prices are up, the rooms, and we paid for a superior room this time had no fridge, a smaller bed and very scarce bathroom supplies. Be prepared for the live band to shake your room from 9 PM until midnight or past. The reception staff knew right away what I was referring to and they gave us a room on the other side of the hotel which was quiet.
