The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of the building, and the location is very accessible since the highway is just outside. The front desk staff are very accommodating — they even granted my request for a broom so I could sweep the floor after accidentally bringing in my slippers. It would be nice if the rooms came with slippers provided. The room itself is pleasant and comfortable, with no issues in my opinion. T…

Due to the scheduled blackout in our location, decided to stay here so I could work. Hotel is pretty small. I booked a family suite and requested to be faraway from the elevator bec I want minimal noise. Guess it was only the family room available. Walls are thin, you could hear people outside. Wifi connection wasn't as fast as my 5G data. The AC leaked, and where it was leaking had a wall socket nearby. Liked that…
While the staff were polite and the hotel's location was convenient, our recent stay was unfortunately marred by several significant issues. Firstly, the noise levels were unacceptable. A wedding party was being held on the premises, and their guests were extremely loud late into the night. They were knocking on doors, shouting in the hallways, and even singing karaoke, which made it impossible to sleep peacefully.…
Stayed here for two weeks with my Filipina fiancée, overall was a great experience, the stuff was very welcoming and helpful 5 stars on that! Now, room was okay, decent enough but the only problem was ants everywhere, we couldn’t leave not even one leftover food and ants would be crawling all over. The location was great, have the local transportation to everywhere by the highway, we mostly used Grab, no problem wit…
This place has certainly changed. We were here about 18 months ago and stayed because of the price and proximity to our family in Cebu. This time the prices are up, the rooms, and we paid for a superior room this time had no fridge, a smaller bed and very scarce bathroom supplies. We had to buy a bucket and ice to keep some drinks in. The water if needed was overpriced by about 200% and we even had guest cockroaches…
Be prepared for the live band to shake your room from 9 PM until midnight or past. The reception staff knew right away what I was referring to and they gave us a room on the other side of the hotel which was quiet. That was a quick recovery from getting a one star but the bathrooms do not pass inspection of a critical eye. The cleanliness was only a three star. They are all tiled do they could be sparkling if they k…
