Staffs are friendly. There are rooms that are not cleaned perfectly but it's ok. Fast wifi at the lobby area, but having issues with wifi inside the room.

The hotel is located right at the heart of Daet and is close to most conveniences. You can just take a walk to stores, shops, hospitals, remittance centers and fast-food chains. The place is modest and room rates are cheap. The staff also seem to be friendly and accommodating. However, it looks like the place needs better maintaining. Overall, for value and comfort, this places deserves a 2.5/5.

Family room for about 1200.00 per night was nice. It was comfortable staying here. The hotel is located five minutes away from the bus station(Superlines) so it was a good choice after a tiresome travel. The only thing that I wish they'd done better was the breakfast.
