Great place for Dumaguette standards. The staff definitely make this place better than what it is. They're super awesome, friendly, kind & attentive. Every single one of them greats you with a smile, even at 3 am when I stumbled in late the security guard is always smiling. The rooms are small but you have everything you need & the daily cleaning is to a high standard. Would recommend.
I can't rate this hotel highly enough 100% fantastic experience I had here and found it very difficult to move on traveling around to other island's. Firstly the staff are amazing and never been made to feel so at home anywhere else and I use hotels very often also in UK, UK hotels could learn a lot from these staff. The rooms are clean, location-wise, it is just a few steps away from citymall, Mcdonalds and Starbucks. Tgere are carinderia near to the area also with affordable meals and various choices.
We needed a place to stay near the airport for our last night Dumaguete. We got the room as advertised. No hassle checking in. Water dispenser is available in hallways and there is a self serve laundry in the ground floor. Clean sheets, clean room, cold AC, working hot shower. 2km from the rizal blvd and public market and the airport, location js ideal for our needs.
A bit far from downtown but in a busy crossroads nearby City Mall, food area and airport too. Room quite spacious, more than bathroom, with AC and Wifi working well, flat screen tv as well.
