Very good price/ value. Restaurant on the premises. 24/7 reception. Parking available. Friendly staff. Super clean. Elevator.

Old but good. And a lot cheaper than other hotel here in CDO.

My reasons for the high marks is it's Competetiveness. At its price point, the rooms are wwell-worth it. Service staff are friendly and accommodating. Location is also good, as it is located in the heart of the city. Side note: Food at their restaurant are tempting, but a bit pricey. Fried egg costs P40, I was told. I was turned off immediately after I was today od its price.

No free water. The sell water that are over priced. Quite safe and quiet. The hotel provide assistant for guest that have luggages and they help us nicely.

I had the worst experience in this hotel. The hotel staff at the lobby doesn't seem to know how to do her job properly as she gave me the wrong room from what I used to book online and she did not even confirmed or asked for my booking details. Plus I could not even use their facilities well because of faulty equipment like the heater and the linens were dirty too.

Cheap but never fail to give the deliver quality and good services to the clients or costumer. The staff in the hotel is still maintaining there warm smile even bunch of costumer to attend with and foods will convence you to stay in a longer in the hotel.
