The room accommodation is affordable. However, the location does not seem very safe if you go out at night, especially if you are a tourist. During the day, the street is busy and generally safe to walk around. Just be careful of snatchers or people who might bump into you. I love their food. We stayed one night at De Luxe Hotel in Cagayan de Oro after a 6-hour trip with my colleagues, and it was exactly what we needed. The staff were friendly, check-in was smooth, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It gave us a good rest before starting another 11-hour trip to Zamboanga City. Highly recommended for travelers passing through CDO.
It's on the place where surrounded by malls, and very easy for riding, taxi, jeepnies and if you like save money going to airport just ride the magnum van for only 196 pesos i guess if I remember.
Been there for a meeting and workshop and per my experience, they do have clean and well maintained toilets, approachable staff, wide areas for meeting, and a parking lot on both car and motor. The food they serve is not always good but there was one time they served us the best buffet set so far during our 4 day workshop.

Audio in Lecture rooms is outdated. Microphones do not work well.
