I had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel is modern, with clean and fresh rooms. The AC is efficient and silent, which made for a great night's sleep. The rooftop swimming pool is a big plus. Also, the breakfast was tasty and well prepared by local standards. Definitely a good choice for that price.

Location very handy as it is only 10 minutes away from the Rizal Boulevard. Room was quite small and the floor was clean. That was the only clean and positive thing about the room. We were told by staff that there are 75 rooms in the hotel and that only 31 were occupied. Yet they still managed to put us in the maintenance area. Room 319. When we arrived at the hotel last night for a long hour of travel and bus driver dropped us in a wrong address of the place instead of the hotel , he dropped us in the multi purposed cooperative and a long walked just to locate this place. Rooms are nice and clean. Seems safe since they don't allow guests bringing in visitors. Good location too. (Near the market and Painitan, and the Boulevard is just a few minutes walk.)
