Hiccups and pivots were expected, but from the start down to our check-out, Davidson staff were very prompt, efficient and respectful. The hotel staff was very approachable and courteous, providing a welcoming atmosphere during our stay. However, there were several areas of concern. It was ok. For such an expensive hotel I expected to be very happy. The shower didn't fix to the wall properly. The plug in the sink was jammed. There was a kettle & cups but no sachets of coffee. All minor things but I would expect better for this price. Paying with Gcash & Maya was a real pain. So much hassle. They don't understand that it should be a slick process. Our room was clean and complete amenities.. so far one of the best in Tabuk area.. we had a 4 person bedroom priced 3,200.. executive room is 4,000 with free breakfast.. Comparing with other hotels in the area their facilities from lobby and the rooms by far is near the national/international standard. Breakfast is not okay- We waited for more than 30 mins just for longganisa and egg..
I'm rating the old hotel. So sad the heater installed was not working when we checked in recently. Still rooms are clean but since it's the old one, it was quite narrow. The internet is bearable in the venue yet occasionally gets intermittent when massive users get connected. The pool, I didn't try, was clean and looked refreshing. Parking is not a problem. How we wish we tried the new hotel, by the way.
I found this hotel a satisfactory place to stay while in Tabuk City. Room rates are reasonable, hotel staff are friendly. Some room facilities are not well maintained, water pressure is a bit low that is why people usually take time to shower. They have a restaurant that serves good food. Parking is sufficient.
Very convenient, though facilities closes early.
