This is a homestay with spacious parking and nearby a bar and restaurant. The reception area is very small and can only accommodate one guest at a time. Restaurant for indoor dining is also available on the ground floor. There is no elevator, and access to rooms is via stairs at the back of the building. Overall, stay is okay.

HOWEVER, bathroom is very small and doesn't even have toilet paper, because the toilet is literally just beside the shower. water heater is also not working despite their amenities saying they have hot/cold shower. loud music from the bar will also start from 6 until midnight, so if you want some peace and quiet, this is not for you. overall, very comfy rooms…
Very poor customer service. We booked the hotel for 2 nights and they want us to leave because they said there will be another customer that will be using our room. . The service is very slow. We requested service water during the night and the water was delivered in the morning. Don't book here!
Room is big and cheap. It is worth the money but there is a bar next to it. Loud music will start at night until 1 am. If you are a person who needs to sleep early and doesnt enjoy loud music at night, this is not for you. It is a comfortable place though.
Right beside the Gym, which always plays VERY LOUD MUSIC all day! Don't go here if you want to rest. The comfort room is very small, such that you can take a shower while sitting on the lavatory. That's why there's no toilet paper holder, because the toilet paper will just get wet.
Overall a great place, quiet and has access to everything in Ligao
Nice place with restaurant nearby and walking distance to the city proper.
Food is great! Bang for bucks! The rooms are big too. Great for family or for groups.
