A nice place but just a bit far away makes it difficult to get Grab rides to and from the place

Almost 20 customers or more than that pa ata yung nacancel na booking. We were supposed to stay here for a night because of Aurora Festival. We already paid and the refund is 7-14 days. It is unfair for us kase we booked a grab papunta dito and mahirap maghanap ng bagong matutuluyan. No compensation at all kahit pamasahe samin na nagcommute papunta dito.

The place is dirty. Pag labas palang namin ng kotche puro pasura sa labas ng drop off nila even sa parking puro kalat at basura. Pag pasok ng rooms puro dumi yung ilalim ng sofa, mga buhok sa bed, and dudumi na ng medjas namin kasi ang dumi ng floor. Yung mga towels parang basahan na, then yung cover ng extra bed parang gamit na. Cleanliness and service wise talagang dapat may penalties ganitong klaseng hotels kasi…
