For a budget travelers it's an idea place to stay. Rooms are decently clean and remain cool even without AC. Despite being located so close to the road it is very quiet after 9pm. There is a pool, which I did not use. And the best part (in my opinion) of staying here is the staff. Friendly and knowledgeable, she can assist you with any troubles you could be having and give you directions.
Stayed here for about a week. Great service and friendly staff - thank you Miriam! Decent rooms for the price. My room had fan only which was a little hot but you can get ac for extra. Location is in the middle between Puerto Galera to Sabang, walkable but easier transport if you rent a scooter or take a toktok.
