Cozy Place Resort

Terrible terrible. Two of us checked in the room of 5000 pesos per night. Cockroaches running around on the floor to welcome us. Bathroom heater is broken, no warm water for shower of course. No drinking water. No tea and coffee bags, no small towels for face washing, tv remote not working, no WiFi password provided until you have to go to the front desk again, tv remote not working, drawers and closets are fake, wa…

Been here for a business trip. Stayed here for 2 nights. Pool lights are closed before 7pm. The place is boring if staying for vacation.

The staff are very accommodating, but the rooms are too old. compared to a 3-star hotel, it is very lacking in facilities and has a limited choice of food. the place is boring, although they have many pools aat night it is so creepy, the entrance is very dark, the garbage are located in the main gate that is not so satisfying to see

The place has outdated rooms even the reception area. Their dining hall is an open area with barely anything. Good thing their rooms on the ground have dedicated dining table outside. It’s spacious, but it lacks the modern style. Not maintained at all. In front is a function hall and parking space. Overall, bad experience.

They dont have night swimming just a room but not allowed to swim at night

The space is wide and there are a lot of pools for adults and kids. Their staff are friendly and security is good. Kids are welcome. The price is also affordable. Just a comment on the wash room, I think they need to install anti-mosquito devices.

The place is not good for multiple events at the same day. It is either they are too tired already for the next event or they are understaffed. They offer packages, which seems incredible, only if they oversee the prep for the event. There is clear miscommunication between staff members, it feels like no one is actually in charge of our event. The rooms we've checked-in were not even ready and stinks like they haven…
