Where do I start.!!! In a word DISAPPOINTED. We arrived 30 mins early after a 5 1/2 hour drive made to wait until exactly 2 pm No elevator ! Had to ask for assistance with Baggage. The Room was spacious but dank with one very small window that only afforded a veiled of the water tank and dangerously exposed wiring . see photos attached. Old tired damaged decor. Only reason it is a one star is because of the friendly staff of the restaurant. Other than that I would give them a no star. One of the worst poorly run places I have been to in the Philippines. Wouldn’t let us start to check in at 1:50 but couldn’t get to our rooms until almost 3 pm because people were in our rooms. I stayed here for two nights with a group. The hotel in general could use a sprucing up but the room was comfortable and had a hot shower. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice and appeared to be clean. A good pool for children I think. They have food service. The Filipino dishes were very good. Minimum expected service is not met. Shower have no pressure, no tissues, no water, no coffee in room for compliments. No hangers in cabinets. Thin walls, noise will be heard from outside or neighbors. Room 223. Bath Soap is unusable and feels like detergent. I will not recommend for this price point. Also the price difference of with breakfast stay is really big but breakfast can be priced at 99 pesos at most.
Be extra careful with your things, because their staff are dishonest. If you lost an item, then consider it lost. Even if they found it, they will tell you they already dispose it w/o notice.
They did not endorse us about the overstay and late fees. They charged us for another night even we checked out at 5pm!!! We asked for overstay fee instead of another stay payment but no! They insisted on making us pay for another night even we exited at 5pm! We went on a trip to relax but damn my entire trip is ruined and im in a bad mood. Will never come back here!
