Avoid at all costs — total disappointment I stayed here for 1 night and honestly wish I’d chosen somewhere else. From check-in to check-out, almost everything fell short of basic standards. There's no towel, there's no rug for the floor, the air conditioner turned off in the middle of the night.
I didn't stay there but the ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful to find public transport to Marawi for me. A 5 star service. Thank you.

Very dirty. For family not good specially when you have kids. The pillow to dirty etching bed. The receptionist staff very unwelcoming to the guest. The WiFi is annoying everytime you have to get the code password. Never again 👎🏻

During our stay, we ran out of towels and were instead provided with blankets as an alternative. The other attendants were accommodating, but we had an unpleasant experience with one male front desk staff on duty. He appeared to be intoxicated(lasing), was difficult to talk to, and responded in a rude manner.
