It was an awesome stay. The staff are very accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The food is amazing and big servings with affordable price. Plus factor is that they are a pet friendly and our pet enjoys walking to there gardens. I highly recommend this resort. We will definitely come back again. Thank you for the amazing stay.😊❤️
had the worst experience!!! i went here for a relaxing getaway with my husband. we got a room that looked like it was decaying. the toilet seat had mold and the day bed mattress wasn’t even covered with a bed sheet!!! the blinds had mold and floor was dirty. we asked for our room to be changed and they gladly helped but it was a room cheaper than the room we booked. it also took 1 hour for them to look at all the ro…
The service is what made this place so lovely. All staff members (reception, security, lifeguard, the waiters, and the chef) are very hospitable! Based on what I saw, this is the best hotel within the area. Ang lamig ng room, ang sarap ng food (weekend breakfast buffet, then on weekdays may complimentary breakfast from their menu). The CR is okay, could be improved but still okay! The room is spacious.
Our stay was unfortunately disappointing overall. The room lacked basic amenities—no blackout curtains, not soundproof, no heater, a broken blow dryer, no iron, and no toiletries provided (not even slippers). Most of the beds were on the floor, except for the two double beds in the master’s bedroom. Nice location with a fantastic view, and an excellent spot for beginner surfers to catch their first waves. Rooms are spacious, with ok pricing given the limited alternatives in the area. The breakfast buffet is very enjoyable incl. the coffee (strong enough and doesn’t look like tea), though the à la carte menu and service still got some room for improvement.
This was lunch today, May 1, 2026. It was a DISASTER! I was supposed to treat my Mom to a very good meal and she ended up not eating at all.
