Management is now hands on. Obvious change compared to previous stay, rooms are clean and well stock. Room rates are value for money. Free yummy breakfast. Staff is a young team, very responsive. Wifi is great! I would recommend this hotel. Hope they can keep this up.
Yuk the air-conditioning don't work there's no hot water and beds are dirty I was booked in for a night but only there for 30mins as bugs started to bit from just sitting on the bed.
You can eat durian inside.
It's near Davao City International Airport & Jollibee. The place is nice. However, the parking area is quite small. Clean room and fast wifi signal.
The building is old but they have elevator... They have parking and the location is near with restaurants.. The price is reasonable....
