We booked this hotel again because we had a great experience last year, but unfortunately, this year’s stay was the opposite. One of the receptionists was rude, and it took 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food to be served even though we were the only guests who ordered. The staff were the greatest—very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The rooms were okay, clean, and comfortable enough for a relaxing visit. The location was also fine, though like most places in Pampanga, traffic is something to expect. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would still recommend the hotel, especially because of the excellent staff service.

It's good and the rooms are huge. Staff are approachable and kind. Pool is clean. The changing area near the pool is not as clean as those that are inside each room.

Great room and good service. Got the package with buffet and spa. Spa therepists are highly recommended. 👌 Booking for a room was easy. A staff member even had the initiative to turn on the AC before we arrived to match our custom request for our room. Free breakfast has huge serving. 1 plate can serve 2, we were'nt able to finish. A mixer of excellent customer services inside the hotel and a really bad experience during dinner buffet. If the management wants to maintain a high client retention rate, they must reconsider their hiring process. There was a specific guy he was so rude and almost shouted at a couple of guests, including us. Rooms were good.

Clark CU Hotel lied to us on availability of Wheel chair accessible room. We paid at the counter when they insured us the room was fine. We went to the room and discovered it was not. They would not return the 1 night money. Were at Clarkston now and its great
