It's good to stay in an Annex building with a spacious room and a new design, brand new rooms but no cabinets or racks to hang your clothes. Don't expect free breakfast here but water is available in hot and cold, there's a water dispenser in the lobby.

I haven't tried ther hotels but only was there for their restaurant. They have a good choices of solo and group meals. We tried their Roast Belly and it's to die for! Their meat is so soft it melts in your mouth! They also have a bakery inside where they sell bread, pastries, and cakes. Haven't tried it but sure looks delicious and freshly made.
For its price of 1,250 php solo room you can't go wrong with it. The only thing that you'll adjust is how you will get around using the toilet.
