We rented a two-bedroom unit that fits 4-5. The unit has a capitol and bay view, and of course sunset moments (except when it rained). The unit was comfortable, cool aircon, clean sheets and towels, enough storage space, and complete cooking wares - microwave, induction stove, and percolator (although an oven toaster to reheat inasal would have been a plus). The condo is decent and provides what you need for a comfortable stay. Nothing fancy, but everything is functional and acceptable. The real highlight is the location. Just a short walk to the mall, nearby parks and the local market. Very convenient if you want easy access to everything in the area.
Specially located at the center of Lacson street where every shop, restaurant, cafe, convenience store and banks are walkable and accessible. I recently booked an airbnb in one of the rooms here and it was an AMAZING experience. The view was great (overlooking the Bacolod landscape) and the building is peaceful and people are just minding each other's businesses. I might try the pool facility next time!
We arrived by boat, drove a long way and arrived 4 hours early but the owner of room 1212 would not allow us into the EMPTY room. He said, it violated policy. Not nice. This was a condo-apartment (Minimalist), Our 1st time experiencing. Not something you see all the time but something you will always remember, not to get in the future.
