Very bad experience and the staff lied about the prices. We called before our trip from leyte and confirmed the prices but upon arrival we were charged 150% price. The room was very untidy and dusty. The cr still has previous renters stuff and the heater wasnt even working. Staff was very rude!! The room sucks, and expensive. The sheets have tear, the ac isn't working properly and the door's lock is broken.Will not recommend this place, not even worth the money.
I was really disappointed with the service. The staff seemed unhelpful and had trouble understanding me, even with simple communication. Despite being exhausted, I tried to resolve the issue, but it didn't go well. It's misleading to sell rooms on Agoda if they're not actually available. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place.
