WORST HOTEL THAT I HAVE EVER STAYED ON Don't get me wrong, the location is great since it is just infront of SM Lucena, However, when you are inside it is a complete nightmare. Never had in my life that I experienced being bullied again after high school, not until I went inside and gave them my ID for printing before checking in. The guy at front desk held my ID then burst out laughing (Just because I have lazy eye…

Affordable and comfortable hotel just in front of SM Lucena. There's a free breakfast for overnight stays and the WiFi connection is stable. There are no elevators available and parking spaces are limited.

Conveniently located just in front of SM and nearby terminals. The rooms are quite small for it's price and some don't have proper piping as there was a time I stayed in a room with a bad smell in the bathroom. They offer good food though a bit more special if I might say compared to others that seems store bought or typical taste.

Conveniently located at SM Lucena. The rooms are small, utilitarian so don't expect anything but a comfortable bed with warm showers. It provides a breakfast which is a nice addition factoring that the price is around 1200 per stay (I have PWD so I got it less) is average enough. No elevators in the Building. Parking is on the vacant lot. They lock the parking door at night, so you have to go to the door and ask for…

You get what you pay for but this is our favorite stop-over for the night to catch the ro-ro vessels in the morning. SM being just across the street is a bonus. Not a 5-Star hotel but the courteous and helpful staff make up for the shortcomings. This is my follow-up review after booking a few more times. I had advised the management before but the housekeeping needs to exert more effort on cleanliness. The last two…

Citilink is a decent hotel. The staff were very attentive, and fast to respond to any requests. We were able to use the laundry service which was very cheap and quick. The price includes breakfast which was about average tasting, decent but nothing amazing. Room had air conditioning, clean showers and clean beds. We left a plate out by accident (thought house keeping were going to get it but I was wrong!), and ended…
