⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4.5/5) Very comfortable stay, highly convenient location for errands! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days (Room 301) because we had a passport appointment at Robinson's. Since we traveled from far away, booking here early was a great choice. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. Pros: Location: Super convenient! It’s very close to three malls (CityMall, GMall, and Gaisano Mall) and near s…

The first room we got had a smelly bathroom. Our second room smells okay but it seems like they didn't change the towels because there are lipstick stains and dirt in them. There are some ants too on our bed. But location is good. It's in the middle of the city.

I stayed about a week here and found the stay very pleasant. The room i had was clean and quiet with good air conditioning. My hats off to all the staff for being so friendly and helpful. They have tasty food you can get from downstairs and there is also a karaoke room. You can also use Food Panda to order from outside like McDonald's and Jollibee and many others. Location is good. There is a mall nearby and transpo…

“Good Stay Overall, but Privacy Protocols Need Improvement” I stayed in a Standard Double Room for 2 days in November, and overall, I had a decent stay at Citi Hotel, but I want to share some honest feedback. When I arrived, the place looked quite different from the photos posted on Agoda. Check-in was fast and they handed me the keys right away, but when I entered the room, the floor was still wet. A staff member l…

We booked the twin bed for 999 for 12 hrs. We are 3 and the reception ist suggested to just move the 2 beds closer to fit us. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower have hot water. The only thing I noticed was, they didn't provide tissue for the bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We even extended for 3 hrs for only 100/hr.

Hotel was very old and run down. Doesn't look as nice as the photos. If you get a room with a window, there's a major freeway right outside so it's very noisy. On a positive note, the mattresses were clean, it's in an excellent location, and the price is cheap. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend this place.
