It’s close to everything, which makes it so convenient. This is my fourth time staying at Citadines, and every visit feels like coming home. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful—from reception to every team member you encounter. They always greet you with a warm smile and are incredibly accommodating. The staff were very accommodating. There may be wait times during check-in, but they offered welcome drinks. Rooms in general were okay, but one of the bathroom was not properly cleaned and also the TV was not a smart TV, so there was no Netflix, which is surprising in 2025. Room and carpet somehow smelly. Probably because it is pet friendly and some pets pisses on the carpet, but good service to hr and Gym is good. Big rooms have their own laundry machine provided with detergents. Parking not so great if inside the building but there are pay parking open area just beside.
