Staff with integrity issues..... My wife booked an overnight stay at this hotel wearing a Swatch watch. She removed it in the bathroom room to take a bath and forgot to wear it during checkout. After checking out and on the way to work she realizes that she forgot the watch in the room. So immediately she called the hotel and replied that they found nothing???????.. What the hell..... So that watch just disappeared…

It was okay and Nice. Encountered problem on checking in because the attendant was a bit unpolite. The building and interior looks vintage but beautiful. We were on the third floor and there is no elevator, the flush on the toilet got busted on our 3days stay so its a bit off. The location is good because it was a block away from shopping mall and the market. The price is affordable though.

Rooms are average. Book online for best deals as the front desk wont match them and have fixed fee structure. (Note) Don't leave valuables in your room to avoid a dissapointing experience. Location is good when local food festival is on.

Nightmare experience, big and small cockroaches in the CR with spiderwebs, untidy bathrooms and small amount water in the shower. Telephone is not working. And the lampshade has no bulbs. Overall rate negative rates not recommended to stay. Not satisfied of the room i get worth 2200 overnight. But the lady in the counter is approachable.

Dirty room especially the bathroom. Doubt it has been cleaned in years. Sheets had stains and I think they were not changed after last guests. Now towels,toilet paper,tea ,coffee or drinking water as was advertised on web page. The email link to contact manager is incorrect . What a dump
