I recently stayed at Chelsiefaye Transient House and left quite disappointed. What stood out the most were the numerous hidden fees—basic things like using the kitchen came with additional charges that weren’t clearly explained beforehand, which felt misleading. Very bad experience. If you have visitors you have to pay for their heads as if they will stay for the night. Not recommended. This is to respond to your reply (our guests which we booked for were mostly senior citizens and they had visitors for less than an hour to assist them in settling down since they were old. and you made us pay for the visitors who were barely there who just assisted them during check in!!) This is the place to stay!! Clean room, cold Aircon in the room. She is the friendliest host! Away from the hustle of town but close to everything, a few parking spots open.
Nag avail kami ng family room during lenten season, mura lang sa compared sa iba. The owner and staff are accommodating and approachable . Pet friendly pa 🙂
