I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Chateau Genevie. The food was truly exceptional, although it does require pre-ordering prior to your stay. The pool temperature was perfect for the season. The guards and staff, especially at the Café, were accommodating and attentive to our requests. We were excited to try and experience the Cafe inside Chateau Genevie named El Cafe Assenio. Posts say they are open from 8am to 5pm. When we arrived there was no staff to greet us but the guard and we asked about the Cafe. The guard went inside and asked a someone, came back and said that there was no cafe service and that’s it. Really disappointed on how they handled the situation.

There was an ongoing promo when we booked Chateau Genevie for our wedding reception. We got 10% discount and a free room so big thanks for those.
