This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the center of town and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. While the rooms are on the smaller side, which is typical for a budget hotel, the incredible staff more than makes up for it. They are professional, kind, helpful, and their cheerful attitudes create a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
Stayed for 2 night after battling the mosquitos and adjusting the not so good aircon I finally got a good night's sleep the free breakfast was 6/10 but what can 2 expect for a 2 star hotel, P500 key deposit was returned when I checked out at 12 noob Overall stay 6/10 wasn't too bad.
We stayed for 1 night on their 2 rooms located at the ground floor as we are accompanied by a senior. I love how big and spacious their rooms on the second floor but the stairs is too steep for senior so we opted to stay at the ground floor and reserved 2 rooms. Stayed here for a 2-night stopover. The staff was very friendly and respectful. Location and surroundings were good and very peaceful and quiet with enough convenience and food options. Well lit and felt safe as well. The room itself, with the balcony, was actually quite pleasant and adequate for what I needed. Room was nice. The staff were very nice and helpful. Booked room was clean, though the A/C was a bit slow cooling. Free breakfast was enough. Also had nice hot shower.. Location is very convenient because it is at the heart of the municipality.
Comfortable stay and accommodating staff. My husband and I had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean, the location was perfect right inside the town of Candelaria. The hotel is very accessible. Highway is just less than 5 mins walk and there are fastfood restaurants, banks, drugstores around the area. Would recommend this hotel.
Stayed here while visiting some relatives. The hotel is located at the city center, which makes it very convenient. They only have a few rooms and the whole place looks well maintained. The front desk staff were also very accommodating. Overall, I would recommend this hotel whether it be for business or leisure.
