Low-key rooms in a laid-back hotel offering spa treatments, a cafe & complimentary Wi-Fi.
I paid for 4 nights on booking.com when I checked in yesterday first thing I noticed is no elevator. We had 3rd floor, so we get to room. Then notice the TV doesn't work. I was gonna be ok with them 2 but when I tried to take shower last night there was no hot water. So now I have to cancel the booking and find another place. How can I pay for a hotel and not have hot water?
The staffs are very accommodating , the rooms are Clean, the AC smells great, wash rooms are well maintained and I enjoyed the free Breakfast here.

This was our 3rd time staying here, and I'm completely pleased with everything and everyone. My wife, being from Catanduanes, keeps us coming back. But the reality is I love the happy island. I have made some friends there and really enjoy the beach at batag. One of Midtowns other properties. The locals are relatively cool and just walking into the market or singing karaoke keeps us satisfied.
Recommended and very close to virac pier, they have a resto which has affordable meals for guest and walk-ins, good price for the room. Friendly and helpful reception and staff. Please request for a room not close to the road side if you’d love to sleep soundly, vehicles and dog barking outside can be heard easily if you got a room facing front side.
