Rooms are okay, but the comfort room smells bad. The CR is also not clean. The water is smelly and yellowish (probably because they are near the beach). Their website is not exactly transparent. Poor customer service. I have booked a room through their booking site and I even paid the 50% required downpayment. We are already on our way when they called us and said there was a glitch on their system and they cannot accommodate us. We were really expecting that vacation and they ruined it. Stayed here for 1 night. The beach is just infront so it's easy access. The rooms are just average size with towels provided. There are ATVs and nearby restaurants in the area.
The Casuarina Resort is really nice and their staff is very friendly and it is close to the beach. Of all the beaches I have visited, only Casuarina is the most beautiful. I hope their staff doesn't change. Their staff is really friendly and very blessed 😇🙏
Beachfront loc is is great plus huge and comfy bed. However, room for four guests felt a bit cramped.
