Casitas Verde Hotel

Quite a small room, but the bed was quite comfortable. Large television, but there was often poor signal. Also unstable wifi connection. Loud noise every morning from 5-6am made it impossible to sleep. Other than this, staff seemed friendly, helpful and welcoming. But still, it’s difficult to overlook the other issues.

First time in Mindanao, and this hotel made it an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm and welcoming. My officemates and I stayed in a spacious 3-bedroom suite, and I must say, after a long journey, I had the most comfortable sleep ever. The hotel’s ambience is very calm, very nature-like and has a good vibe. The room is very comfortable, the amenities in the rooms are perfect as well. Since it is a new hotel, every facility worked well. It would be appreciated if there would be free breakfasts offered for all guests.

The room we had, which was for triple sharing was quite big. It had everything we needed. The lobby was great and spacious. The hallways were wide. Service was good. There was nothing to complain about.

Pros: - new hotel - uses key cards - very courteous staff - strong wifi connection - comfortable beds (twin bedroom) - clean - quiet aircon - reasonable price - utilizes natural light at hallways Cons: - doesn't offer breakfast/coffee/food - tv has no signal - water heater on shower takes too long to take effect. Way too long. - no windows/views (room i was in was at the middle)

Rooms are small. Poor wifi connection. The water heater barely works.

Casitas Verde is a pretty standard hotel. Clean and spacious rooms, strong wifi and they've got very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing to complain about. I will stay again in a heartbeat.

Nice place if you are a traveller. Affrodable price and very clean. Staff are accomodating and peacful place.
