Pared-down rooms in a tranquil resort offering beach access, an open-air restaurant & bay views.
The hotel is being renovated. The room we had was small but clean and reasonably priced. I wasn’t keen on the owners dogs pooping everywhere and entering the kitchen area. There’s plenty of other places nearby. I don’t expect to return.
The beachfront was beautiful, but the resort was meh. The room was too cold and we were only given thin blankets, no comforters. 2 people would even have to share 1 blanket. No toiletries were given and the restroom had no hooks or anything to hang towels and clothes. The TV was also not working. The food, especially the breakfast meals, were quite expensive but the servings were too small. Not worth the price. Serv…
We did not check-in here (thankfully), so did not rate the room. I am here to rate the restaurant. Food was extremely disappointing, given a lot of good reviews. We ordered grilled liempo and buttered shrimp... and they were NOT served hot. NOT EVEN WARM. You can tell the rice was also of really poor quality, it had very bad weird taste. For a top tourist destination like Saud, the food is a total waste of money.
Lots of potential here. Really nice location. Staff were indifferent. Just doing their jobs; not like they seem to actually enjoy serving customers. They had policies written in small print behind the doors that call for fees for disobedience. They were rules that we never expected at a resort, like bringing in food. What if we were hungry during the time their restaurant closed? They don’t have kettles in the rooms…
casa victoria restaurant: 1. Service takes too long. They don’t warn customers that their order will take up to 1 and a half hours. 2. Some staff are rude when following up orders.
This is an okay spot the rooms were nice and cozy service was not really spot on and the location was amazing the beaches lack waves making the experience either safe or boring
