Casa trias beach resort

We went here last month for my husband’s Lolo’s birthday celebration with his side of the family and this resort is disappointing. The rooms and reels in their facebook page look decent but those are far different from the actual scenes. The resort is wayyy crowded and has small common area for all the rooms they offer. Very poor maintenance. Room are dirty and never been sanitized. Toilet are clog and pool is cloudy seema never been clean long time. Staff are not trained to maintain the place properly.

Very disappointed. The pool looks big in the picture but very small in real life They shouldn’t have accepted tons of booking if they can’t accommodate many guests. The pool is also full of chlorine, probably because they don’t even change the water. Even if you shower you will still smell the chlorine and its very itchy. The building was a bit old, the shower area needs some plumbing repairs. The common kitchen is so greased up w constant use but w a lot of gas burners and grill for easy use. The pool was not that big compared to the no. of guest they accomodate. We had an excellent time during our stay at Casa Trias. We were 28 people in our group with limited time to look for and book a resort, luckily Sir Nino was very responsive and patient with our inquiry which honestly is one of the reason why we booked here. A good place to stay here in bataan. Pool is nice. A few steps away from the beach. Sunset view is breath taking plus a good view of the mointain by the sea side.
