Staff are friendly but I have a lot of issues with the room. There's mosquitoes in the room. No hand towel in the bathroom, we have to ask for one and they gave us kitchen towel that looks like a kitchen rag. Only 1 pillow per guest and it's not even fluffy so I had a neck ache morning after. We are being charge 100 pesos per pillow if we need more pillows and we are the only guest that day. Had the chance to stay here for a weekend. The staffs were VERY helpful and accommodating! Superb service 10/10 even with their night-shift staffs. The room was spacious and clean, with smart TV and Netflix. It came with a large balcony too. It had free breakfast too which was decent. And most important part: they’re pet-friendly :) At the price point, I’d say it’s very much worth it.

Hidden gem. Very cost and high end vibe. Brand new and the facilities are exceptional. Big spacious rooms, parking and lobby. Not to mention a big swimming pool for both kids and adult. Near tagaytay proper and easy access to all landmark in tagaytay. Room rates includes breakfast and its decently price. Will come back again
Such a pretty spot! It's a very nice property with lots of beautiful decorations and huge and clean pool. Staff also very accommodating and helpful. We are very picky with hotel cleanliness but the hotel is very well kept and everything is very clean.
