I have mixed feelings about our stay at Casa Generosa. On the positive side, the location is great and the pricing is very reasonable. Rooms: - There are 2 outlets, but only 2 out of the 4 plugs are working. - We arrived at 2:30 PM to check in, but the room was still not fully ready. The staff asked us to wait in the lobby for about 5 minutes. - They advertise having a bathtub, but it’s unusable because the stopper has been removed. We have booked on Agoda, but the place / pictures are misleading. It is old, and a lot of things are already broken. It's not safe for the room's lock as well. Not worth the price. NO TO FAKE BOOKING.
The only thing good about this place is the location and price. Other than that, theres cockroaches running around your room, no hot water, no AC. I saw someone else say this place is depressing and it made sense.
Depressing place. Old, rusty, molds, a strong smell of Albatross in the bathroom, no water in the morning, pictures are deceiving. You can get way better accommodation in the area, avoid this place especially if you are bringing your kids. AVOID this place!
